The redesigned site is easier to use, requiring fewer clicks to get straight to where you want to go. And you can share information easily—on www.fluke.com itself and via a multitude of social networking sites.
The updated site launched in the United States on May 1. On the home page, three improvements are immediately visible:
Formerly you had to go to a separate page to change country and language. With the new dropdown, which appears on every page, you can navigate easily—for example, to the Fluke Switzerland site in Deutsch, Français, or Italiano.
Instead of dividing the search functionality into categories, the new site displays a single search field. No longer do you have to decide between multiple fields before you take action. Just key in a product number or a phrase.
Many visitors to www.fluke.com have a specific task in mind. You might need a product manual, want to register your product, find out where to buy a Fluke tool, or find Fluke accessories. The four new buttons on the home page make it faster and easier to accomplish these tasks.
Perhaps your HVAC team wants to find out more about the new Fluke 985 Particle Counter. The product details page not only lets you check price and availability and request a product demonstration; it now lets you see and write reviews. You can share the product using Facebook or Twitter—or eight others.
